Georgia is beaten in Serbia in the final game of qualification

Georgia lost a hard fought battle in Serbia 54:63 and closed out the Euro 2025 qualification tournament with 3:3.

Georgia played without some crucial players. Already without the most efficient player Kamar Baldwin, Georgia did not have the captain, Tornike Shengelia (rest). Others gave its best effort, but felt short.

Lets walk through the statistical leaders of the team.

Tornike Shengelia finished the tournament with a team-high 22.8 points, 7.2 rebounds and 3.8 assists as well. Add in 1.3 blocked shots and we have great example of a leader.

Kamar Baldwin averaged 22.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 5.5 dimes. He was solid from the get go and became a new fan favorite. Kamar will be crucial at the final stages of Eurobasket.

Duda Sanadze is sitting at 12.3 points. The sharpshooter did have some good games and helped his team to achieve a much needed overall result.

Giorgi Shermadini, a true veteran and still a driving force in the locker, stood at 5.6 points and 7.0 rebounds.

Georgia is getting stronger and will be a team to beat at Eurobasket.
