Italian Sports Press Association
Unione Stampa Sportiva Italiana - USSI

The Italian Sports Press Association (USSI) is an organization of Italian journalists specializing in sports. It is one of the oldest professional associations within the National Federation of Italian Press. The Constituent Assembly of USSI was held on February 16, 1950, but the first post-war journalism congress took place in 1946, the year from which USSI's age is calculated.

USSI has more than 2,000 members across Italy. Its social projects, annual journalism awards, events, research, and publications are conducted in collaboration with sports institutions such as CONI, Benemerite Associations, non-profit organizations, and professionals in the field.
