Bitadze vs Doncic: Luka started it all?

Well, Goga Bitadze is not accustomed to be in some headlines as of late. And he just did that. Versus Lakers and the mighty Lebron, he got heated up against Lakers another titan Luka Doncic. The later accused Bitadze of making some disrespectful comets about his family, claiming that BItadze that he would “f… my whole family” in Serbian.

First, let me tell you, that NBA cleared Luka to play in the next game (vs Detroit( despite the fact, that this was Doncic’s 16th tech this season, that meant to be an automatic suspension for the next game. The league announced, that the technical on each player got rescinded and Luka will be free to play.

Now, off to Bitadze’s comment: I have all the respect for Luka and what he has done. And I really respect everybody’s family. He just said some inappropriate things in the Serbian language, which I played in Serbia, I understand. I don’t know if he knew I understood what he said. So I just said it back. Well, he said something about my mother. Which it’s really inappropriate. We don’t say that stuff during the game. So I just said, whatever he told me or about my mother and said it back. That was pretty much it.”

So, Goga is claiming that Doncic was the one who started it all, not him. Interestingly, Luka had some kind of similar problems few days ago with Matas Buzelis from the Bulls.

Luka had 33 points in a win versus the Magic as the Lakers extended the win streak to 9 games.

LA is third in a competitive Western Conference, so they will every inch of Luka by their side.
