Sandro Mamukelashvili is on fire

His stats might not look as sexy as some might ask, but Sandro Mamukelashvili is still giving his Toronto Raptors a reason to be proud of. The team is winning and Mamukelashvili is giving his all to be an impact player in many areas.

Sandro is averaging a very impressive 11.3 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.9 assists, while shooting a career-best 52.5 from the field. Mamukelashvili is solid from the midrange and is shooting on almost 40 percent from the deep. Plus, he improved on defense and is a very good one on one defender, who grabs some needed offensive rebounds. A good mailman for the solid Raptors, who look to finish in the play-offs zone and avoid some extra selective games.

Toronto is a very talented team.

Scottie Barnes (19.2 points, 8.4 boards, 5.6 dimes, 1.6 blocked shots, 1.3 steals) is having an All Star season and for the first time in his career shooting over 50 percent from the field and over 80 from the free throw line. Barnes is a star. Barnes is a leader. Barnes is the face of the franchise.

Brandon Ingram is following Scottie in almost every area (22 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.7 dimes) and is quietly becoming one of the best second options in the league. Ingram will thrive in the do or die games as well. A classy second choice for this team.

Immanuel  Quickley is the engine of this team. He is averaging 6 assists per game and scoring at will. One of the best on ball defenders at point guard position, Quickley is a crafty shot creator, who tends to get better as the game goes on.

The team just got better with the return of Jakob Poeltl, who is giving the Raptors some solid numbers with a steady rim protection and will. Poeltl is not a threat from the deep, but he is a star stopper in the paint. Poeltl will be a crucial element for the Raptors once the play-offs start.

So, Sandro is in a good company. Sandro needs to reload before the play-offs start and the Raptors will be one hell of a team with some needed help form the second unit.

Ways to go, Mister Mamukelashvili.
